Dave O’Reilly is Chief Executive Officer of Traumasoft, where he leads the company’s strategy to modernize Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Emergency Medical Transportation (EMT), and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) through operational excellence, customer-centric innovation, and scalable SaaS solutions. Under his leadership, Traumasoft is advancing its integrated cloud-based platform to help organizations deliver better patient care while improving operational performance and financial outcomes.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the software and healthcare technology sectors, Dave has a strong track record of scaling companies from mid-stage to high-growth performance. Before joining Traumasoft, he was Chief Operating Officer at CivicPlus, a major GovTech leader focused on operational efficiency and positive user experiences. He has also held senior leadership roles at Fluke Digital Systems, where he championed a customer-first approach to product strategy and business success.
A firm believer that operational excellence is key to sustainable success in both EMT and NEMT, Dave focuses on building systems that drive seamless patient care, efficient revenue collection, and high customer satisfaction. Throughout his career, he has emphasized the power of high-performing teams, scalable processes, and technology that adapts to real-world challenges.
Originally from Ireland, Dave studied Business and Languages at the Waterford Institute of Technology. He has furthered his executive education with coursework in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Online and Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT.
Matt Smith is the CFO of Traumasoft, bringing over a decade of experience in leading the financial strategy for high-growth SaaS companies. With a strong background in customer-first technology firms, Matt specializes in aligning financial operations with business goals, ensuring robust support for innovative product development in the EMS software industry.
Prior to Traumasoft, Matt held senior finance roles at Trakstar, Endpoint Protector, and Galvanize where he built scalable financial frameworks and drove strategic planning. He holds an MBA from the University of Denver and is dedicated to fostering financial and operational excellence to help drive the industry forward. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the Colorado outdoors with his family.
Tiffany Williamson is the Chief Product Officer at Traumasoft, where she leads the company’s product strategy and roadmap. With over two decades of SaaS leadership experience spanning the public and legal sectors, she now focuses on advancing Traumasoft’s all-in-one EMS platform to deliver automation, data-driven insights, and seamless workflows. Tiffany is passionate about collaborating directly with customers to ensure Traumasoft’s solutions align with real-world needs and deliver measurable ROI.
Tim is a senior technical executive with extensive experience in defining and driving the delivery of scalable technical solutions. A hands-on entrepreneurial leader with both private and public company experience. Ability to create and grow world-class development, operations and product management organizations. Extensive industry experience in Telecommunications, Financial Services and Healthcare.
Joshua is a highly accomplished sales, marketing, and business development executive with more than 20 years of experience in health information technology. At Traumasoft, he drives the company’s sales and business development strategies, which are essential to its overall success. Joshua’s career spans notable positions, including sales leadership and contributor roles at leading companies in the Healthcare IT industry. Joshua has a passion for leading and coaching go-to-market teams and a track record of creating team cultures that drive significant revenue growth. Joshua is a proud alumnus of The University of Iowa and the University of Dubuque. He is based in Ankeny, Iowa, where he lives with his wife and two children.
Jeremy Laird serves as Vice President of Engineering at Traumasoft, where he helps lead the development of technology that supports EMS agencies in managing complex operations with greater efficiency and clarity. Since joining Traumasoft in 2012, Jeremy has played an important role in advancing the platform’s capabilities and strengthening the systems that connect dispatch, documentation, billing, employee workflows and operational management. With a background in computer information systems and years of experience in software leadership, Jeremy brings a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to building tools that help EMS organizations work smarter, streamline processes and adapt to the evolving needs of the industry.
David Mangham brings more than 25 years of deep experience in public safety-oriented technology and services. As Vice President of Customer Success and Operations at Traumasoft, he leverages his extensive background to drive customer success and operational excellence with a relentless focus on delivering value to public-safety agencies. His career has spanned roles in operations, customer support, SaaS implementations, customer success and strategic road-mapping—always grounded in the mission to empower first responders and improve community safety outcomes.
