Job Summary: As an Outside Sales Representative at TraumaSoft, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the healthcare industry. You will leverage your exceptional sales skills and industry knowledge to promote TraumaSoft’s innovative software solutions tailored for emergency medical services (EMS) and trauma care providers. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique needs, and presenting compelling solutions to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the healthcare sector, including EMS agencies, hospitals, and trauma centers. Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads and opportunities.

  5. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and communication at each stage. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform product enhancements and future sales strategies.
  7. Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as set by management. Continuously evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to drive results and maximize revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the healthcare or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMS operations, trauma care protocols, and healthcare workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel about 50% of the time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide support to callers experiencing software issues or have questions on using the software.
  • Compile information from customers to help them use the software and troubleshoot issues.
  • If customer tech problems cannot be handled over the phone, submit service requests for further investigation.
  • Maintain logs of all calls answered and addressed, including dates and times.
  • Respond to emails and online chat requests for technical support.

Traumasoft is searching for Inside Sales Representatives for a non-remote position in the Buffalo NY area. Inside sales representatives main duties include working with Outside Sales Representatives in locating new sales opportunities through tactics like cold-calling, attending trade shows and building mailing lists, negotiating sales terms and providing product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have skills in communication, organization, and sales to highlight the advantages of Traumasoft.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
